To catch a bucket full of Crabs in Youghal you need a bucket, a piece of line or string, a weight and some off-cuts of meat (which any butcher will give to you if you ask) - that's it. Then go to the quayside and drop your line in and wait a minute before you pull it up. The crabs will be clinging on until you drop them in the bucket. Set them free afterwards.
